Psychologist with a specialization in Human Management and a Master’s in Coaching, Neuroscience, and Organizational Leadership from EIDHI University. He also holds a Master’s in Development Cooperation Project Management from Universidad Internacional de La Rioja. Karim has served as an organizational consultant and executive in institutions within the business and social sectors, leading projects in territorial development, peacebuilding, and international cooperation. He currently serves as Institutional Relations Coordinator at the Corporación Desarrollo y Paz del Canal del Dique and as Executive Director of Fundación Diálogo Social Cartagena.
